Cookie Dough Fundraiser: The Cookie Dough Fundraiser will run 2-15 Nov. The profit each student makes will go in the students account and can help pay for band fees. Students received the order forms/booklets in class on 2 Nov. All order forms and money are due by
16 Nov. Checks should be made out to CCHS Band and Guard Booster Club. Delivery will be the 2nd week in Dec (approx 9-11 Dec) which is just in time for the holidays.
CCHS Wind Ensemble/Heights Band Combined Concert: Tomorrow (Thurs) 12 Nov at Lea Ledger Auditorium at 7 pm. This concert is free and open to the public. Please come join us for an evening of beautiful music and invite your friends/neighbors. Hope to see you there.
Playoff Game vs. Tyler John Tyler @ Trinity Mother Frances Rose Stadium in Tyler, 13 Nov (Fri), 7:30 pm: The chaperone list is being worked and calls/emails are being made. Playoff Game @ Bulldawg Stadium, 7:30 pmthis Friday (13 Nov): Gatesville vs. Burnett. We have enough products in our concessions to run one window on the home and visitor side. If you don’t plan on going to the game, but can assist us with working concessions please let myself or Karin Marina know by tomorrow afternoon. (Contact info at bottom of email). We need at least 12 volunteers – 6 for each side. We have at least 5 volunteers right now and need 7 more.
Basket Fundraiser: This will be our 6th Annual Basket Fundraiser during the Christmas Concerts. Parents and students create themed baskets which they donate for this event. Some themes for baskets are: Chocolate Lovers, Golf, Movie Night, Coffee, Spa, Pet Care, and Gardening. I believe we had approx 30 baskets last year and we made approx $900 which is made from the ticket sales - $1 for one ticket or 6 for $5. You can put your tickets in for any basket you like and we give them away at the concerts. Please let me know if you are willing to make a basket and/or help with tickets sales at the concerts. We would like to have baskets at all concerts.
Christmas Concert Dates: All concerts will be held at Lea Ledger Auditorium. The Band Room is usually on hand to take orders for a professionally made music CD of the nights music and the cost has been $15.00. Please tell your friends, neighbors and co-workers about the concerts.

Junior High School Symphonic/Wind Ensemble Bands: 8 Dec (Tues), 7 pm
Copperas Cove High School: 14 Dec, 7pm
Reception after High School Christmas Concert: We will be hosting a reception in the Band Hall after the concerts on 14 Dec. We are looking for donations for baked goods, chips/dip, vegetables/dip, finger sandwiches, etc. The boosters will provide punch, plates, napkins, etc. We need volunteers to help setup/clean up so please let me know if you are available to help. This is for all Pride of Cove Band and Guard Students and their families.
