Welcome to what is sure to be an exciting and action packed year in Physical Educaton at S.C. Lee. I have been a teacher and coach for 13 years, and this will be my fourth year in Copperas Cove. Our students will have the opportunity to learn new skills and refine skills they may have already learned. We will incorporate more common activities such as basketball, volleyball, and soccer into the year. However, we will also introduce our students to "not-so-common" activities such as bowling, badminton, field hockey, and table tennis. We will also focus on the state mandated "Fitnessgram" throughout the year. The main thing we ask of our students is to come in class with a willingness to learn, work hard, and try new things. We want them to build on the knowledge they may already possess, and be willing to improve the skills they can already perform.
