Thank you for considering the use of a Copperas Cove ISD facility. Copperas Cove ISD Policy GKD(LOCAL) authorizes the use of certain school facilities for acceptable uses when the activities do not conflict with school use and they comply with policy. Although school facilities are primarily for usage by students, faculty, and local organizations under a Board-approved agreement, the policy authorizes usage by area and state-wide organizations with local affiliation.
Approval procedures begin with the submission of the Application for Facility Use for Non-school Purposes. Further instructions for facility use are found in the Facility Use Guide. Please take the time to fully read the guide, fee schedule, and Policy GKD(LOCAL) prior to starting your rental process. [Student groups please read Policy FNAB(LOCAL).]
The application form must be completed, signed, and sent to the CCISD Central Administration. Use one form per DATE requested. (Please note: use of the Lea Ledger Auditorium will require the submission of the Lea Ledger Auditorium Request form, as well as the Application for Facility Use form.) No payment will be accepted until the organization has been invoiced. Please mail, fax, or e-mail the form to the following individual:

Teresa Dennison will be your point of contact for all facility requests. After your request has been received and the facility use has been approved, you will be contacted regarding the payment of a deposit and submission of required insurance documents. All forms, including the fee schedule, may be accessed from this page.
