The Notice of Deadline to File was posted on June 20, 2019 at the CCISD Service and Training Center, 408 S Main St., Copperas Cove, TX.
The first day to file for a place on the ballot was Saturday, July 20, 2019. Copperas Cove ISD was open Monday – Friday, during regular hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. to accept candidate applications. The deadline to file for a place on the ballot was Monday, August 19, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at 408 S. Main St., Copperas Cove, TX, 76522.
Regular candidate filing is now closed. The deadline to file for write-in candidacy is August 23, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. The Order of Election was posted at 408 S. Main St., Copperas Cove, TX on August 19, 2019.

The Drawing for a Place on the Ballot took place on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. at 408 S. Main St., Copperas Cove, TX. The notice for this drawing was posted on July 22, 2019 at the CCISD Service and Training Center, 408 S. Main St., Copperas Cove, TX. The revised notice was posted on August 23, 2019 (with the time of the drawing changed from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.).
All school board positions are three-year terms and represent the entire school district. All Copperas Cove ISD residents registered to vote may run for any place (up for election in that year) in the Board of Trustees Election. The Secretary of State has more information on Candidacy Filing.
