The following Copperas Cove ISD Board of Trustee positions are open for election to office on November 6, 2018:

Place 2 - Harry L. Byrd
The first day to file for a place on the ballot is Saturday, July 21, 2018. Copperas Cove ISD will be open Monday – Friday, during regular hours, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. to accept candidate applications. The deadline to file for a place on the ballot is Monday, August 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
Copperas Cove ISD will provide candidate applications and packets. Packets may be picked up during the following dates, times, and locations:
June 21 – 28, 2018, 703 W Avenue D, Copperas Cove, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
July 9 – 20, 2018, 408 S Main St, Copperas Cove, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
July 23 – August 17, 408 S Main St, Coppera Cove, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
August 20, 2018, 408 S Main St, Copperas Cove, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All school board positions are three-year terms and represent the entire school district. All Copperas Cove ISD residents registered to vote may run for any place in the Board of Trustees Election. The Secretary of State has more information on Candidacy Filing.
The Notice of Deadline to File will be posted on June 21, 2018 at the CCISD Administration Building, 703 W Avenue D and at the new CCISD Service and Training Center, 408 S Main St., Copperas Cove, TX.
