CCISD Administration Board Room Reservations

The board room is suitable for small to medium groups. There are 79 chairs, 12 6-foot tables, five 3.5-foot tables, and 10 round tables. There are three wall mounted TV’s. You can access the internet via a cable located at the front of the room (near the board members' area) and via WiFi.

To reserve the board room, review the calendar (click on "Calendar" to the left) to see if your date and time are available. Complete the online form by clicking the “Board Room Request Form” on the left. If you have one event title to schedule for more than one date (and the times will be consistent), you may list the dates as a series in the area for "Event Date." Please click "Send" at the bottom of the form. I will post your event on the board room calendar and I'll confirm your reservation with an e-mail response.

Please note: board meetings take precedence over any other scheduled meetings. If it becomes necessary to schedule a board meeting on a date or time you have previously reserved, we will do our best to work with you to make other arrangements for your event.
