Welcome Back To School

Dear Williams Ledger Families,

As we begin this new school year, I want to extend a warm welcome to each of you. While this year is beginning under unusual circumstances, one thing remains the same—our unwavering commitment to your children and their success.

Due to the storm damage sustained over the summer, our campus building is currently undergoing necessary repairs and will not be ready for the start of school. In the meantime, our students will be learning and growing across two welcoming host campuses. Kindergarten through 3rd grade students will be temporarily housed at Fairview Jewell Elementary, and 4th through 5th grade students, along with our self-contained classes, will be at Martin Walker Elementary. We are incredibly grateful to both campuses for opening their doors and hearts to our students and staff.

While we may be split by location, our spirit remains united. The resilience and determination of our staff have been nothing short of inspiring. They have worked tirelessly to prepare classrooms, adjust routines, and plan for a smooth transition. Our students are equally remarkable—we know they will rise to the occasion with courage, kindness, and adaptability.

Please see the attachment for general information about each campus. You can expect a phone call from the school soon to schedule a Tuesday, August 12th conference with your child’s homeroom teacher, and we also invite you to attend our regular Meet the Teacher Night from 4:30–6:00 p.m. that same day.

This year may look different, but it will still be filled with learning, laughter, and growth. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this situation. Thank you for your continued support, trust, and partnership. Together, we will make this a year to remember.
