CCISD Employment Process:

Applicants should only apply for those
positions for which they meet the 
minimum qualifications.

• Step 1: Complete the online application with all requested documentation and reference check contacts.

• Step 2: The campus principal or department supervisor will review all applications and set up interviews for selected eligible candidates. 

• Step 3: The campus principal or department supervisor will make a recommendation to hire to the Human Resources Department. 

• Step 4: The Human Resources Department will reach out with conditional offer and request any additional documentation needed. This can include but is not limited to: Official Transcripts, Criminal History Authorization, Proof of Fingerprinting or initiation of fingerprinting process as well as any additional items needed of the position. 

• Step 5: Once fingerprinting has been completed and eligibility is confirmed, Human Resources will schedule you in for in-processing as the final step prior to your start date.
