To wrap up both #CTEMonth and #FFAWeek, we are introducing you to the food processing program in CCISD Career & Technical Education, where students are learning how to prepare the food we eat for both restaurants and for sale. Working alongside Bulldawg Market, the CCHS Culinary Arts program, Bulldawg Brew and other CTE programs, these students are getting hands-on experience across a variety of food types.

Decades of strong financial management helped CCISD obtain a superior bond rating when it sold the first installment earlier this month.

This rating lowered the interest rate, providing a substantial savings to taxpayers in CCISD and increasing the potential impact for students across the district!

From wildlife management to conservation, and everything in between, students in CCISD Career & Technical Education are building a strong foundation in the Environmental Resources program. These students get hands-on experience with the different things they need to understand about animals and the environment they're in. #CTEMonth
