CCISD's Department of Assessment and Accountability aims to serve the district by maintaining and supervising the district testing programs, ensuring compliance with state and national testing requirements, and serving instructional leaders by facilitating assessment related activities. Our assessment team is dedicated to building capacity in students and staff by supporting campus communities throughout CCISD. We provide training, expert assistance and resources to ensure successful implementation of our assessment programs. Support is also provided through analysis of reported test results, which is used to support data-driven decisions and targeted planning of instruction. Our daily efforts are aimed directly at improving the academic performance of our students and ensuring the effectiveness of our programs.
